BOARD
Modupe Williams, MSN, APRN
Executive Director
Modupe is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in diverse group homes and complex adult care settings from which she has gained tremendous amount of experience. During the years of working as a direct support staff with adult with special needs, the executive director witnessed variety of services provided to residents. She has worked at Judge Rotenberg Educational Center in Canton MA, Cranston Arch of RI, and Evergreen Center in Milford MA. As she rose to leadership role, our executive director was able to collaborate and implement much needed quality improvement programs using the SWOT approach. The improvement provided competitive edge to the company. Empirical evidence shows that persons with special needs fair better when in a loving, caring plus personalized intervention strategy is consistently provided. Hence the name “Agape” which mean unconditional love. The belief that all person deserved to be loved unconditionally is the basis of AHRI.
She is an American Red Cross Certified Trainer/Instructor in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and has a certificate in Nonviolent Crises Prevention Intervention. Our executive director is an active member of APSE (The Association of People Supporting Employment First) and involved with ANCOR (The American Network of community Options Resource). Modupe is certified assisted Living Residential administrator in the state of Rhode Island.
She is married with two teenage sons.
